H-CELL 2.0 hydrogen fuel cell power kit for hobby-grade RC racing……..

NOW AVAILABLE – the first hydrogen fuel cell power kit for hobby-grade RC models. The power kit is available from Horizon Fuel Cell Technologies (www.horizonfuelcell.com) and was designed around the TRF 416 carbon fiber chassis from Tamiya…(although can be configured with other models including electric cars, robots and boats). It also features a unique / world first, an optional refueling system for small solid state hydrogen storage devices which serve as the car’s on-board hydrogen tanks.     I don’t see the point of down grading your rc for 600$ that car had no acceleration and it’s top speed was terrible. This is stupid. Stick to nitro and electric. This green crap is stupid

    @jdcproducts hydrogen has the common misconception of having a high energy density and being powerful because of its low “flash point” the energy density of hydrogen is much lower than conventional fuels. thus the need for advanced fuel cells which to pack as much energy as possible into what space is available. usually hydrogen fuel cells are much larger than conventional fuel tanks as well, you can see on this particular RC. The point is proven on passenger vehicles as well.

    @Ubojica6661 After extensive research into the remote possibility that the proposition that I am in idiot could be scientific fact, I have come to the formal conclusion that I am in fact ….an idiot. Not in the now obsolete formal medical definition of the word, but in the first definition as a person simply being stupid or foolish, as I am sure that I could intellectually demolish a typical three year old.

    @Ubojica6661 An example of my idiocy is that I thought the car was converting water to hydrogen! Man, that was really stupid. Still, how in the world does one convert hydrogen into electricity without a combustion generator? Is like the reverse way of making hydrogen?

That is not a fake, hydrogen connected with air through that cells can be returned into a electric energy. For example on the right side here you have in videos Hydrogen Fuel Cell electrick bike. Watch it idiot!

    @Ubojica6661 Well, I was right that the hydrogen fuel cell works in a reverse way of a hydrogen generator. That’s a pretty good guess for an idiot. Maybe there’s hope for me. lol

    If anyone’s interested in this and doesn’t mind buying it slightly used, I have an unused kit, that’s just been sitting outside of it’s box. I’ve just never gotten around to using it..

    is tht going as fast as it can go ? saw a commentor say 50 mph for an hour…. sounds rediculous .. and this thing looks heavey… and not to fun. those rc cars are all about quick accel and good handling if it doesnt have that.. then its just a lil sciene experiment to show what they are capable of. cool… but not fun..

    I see a brushless motor about the same size as my velineon 3500 what is it, or is it 1/16 scale. I wan’t to put this on my rustler, but I am not sure if it will be able to even help sustain the battery, Its a 1-2kwatt motor
